Monsoon is a relief, but at the same time, it brings along infections, which can be troublesome, especially when you are someone with diabetes. And as much I love listening to the sound of rain, it’s also when we need to double up on Looking After Ourselves. When I was growing up, our grandparents used to come right around the corner with some easy and natural remedies for our seasonal colds and fevers. Like them, we also have good food and tasty snacks to enable us to stay fit and fight back this pandemic. Picking the perfect meals will not only enable our immune system to be solid but also preserve ideal blood glucose levels.

If you find it difficult to manage diabetes, you can opt for a scientifically proven diabetes management program to manage diabetes like a pro.

With that in mind, here it is a list we have compiled of 16 ingredients you very likely already have at home (if not most can now be found easily on any sabzi wala) to add to your shopping liast for the next few weeks and beyond.
